The Service Department operates a breakdown repair service islandwide. We can attend to any type of electrical equipment be it warewashing, refrigeration or microwaves. We endeavour to respond as quickly in order to get vital equipment up and running as soon as is possible. Our first visit fix rate is high due to our vans being stocked with a large range of common spare parts.
Recently we have introduced a Preventative Maintenance Check, where our engineers will periodically inspect equipment subject to an agreed contract. Although breakdowns are inevitable in a busy establishment, preventative checks can reduce the frequency and seriousness of such occurances, therefore prolonging the life of the equipment and educating staff on correct operation.
