The brief was transform an old tearoom into a function suite for small parties and events. Working alongside the on-site maintenance team we were able to supply and install a small commercial kitchen area to cater for the preparation of food sufficient for the expected events. As well as new cooking equipment new stainless steel tabling and sinks were supplied as well as shelving and racking for increased storage. New refrigeration and a purpose built back bar and glasswasher area were also supplied and installed.
