Vectis Ventures tasked us with the replacement of the very old an unreliable rack dishwasher in the very busy Chine Café. It required a more efficient system that could keep up with the demands of peak season, but also allowing for more flexibility and economy during quieter periods. Together with the supply and installation of new stainless steel tabling, offering greater storage and capacity and a new pre rinse sink and spray, a new Maidaid D2021 passthrough dishwasher was installed in addition to an existing unit from elsewhere on site. This has allowed for a more efficient operation giving more flexibility during peak and low season times.
