Shaun and Kath Raynor contacted Cater Wight after acquiring the Kings Head pub in Yarmouth to run alongside their other pub The Wheatsheaf. A complete kitchen redesign and refit was required and we were able to work alongside the contracted construction company to deliver a fully working commercial kitchen. A quick turn around was required over December and January 2016 with the installation of gas and electric cooking equipment, a Lincat combi oven and refrigeration and warewashing appliances.
