Paul Wooller, Head Chef at the Royal Yacht Squadron asked us to source and install new prime cooking equipment in the main Castle Kitchen. The old gas fired cooking equipment was to be replaced with modern counter top induction units, a new electric fryer and a replacement rise and fall electric salamander grill to complement the existing combi ovens. Following a complete strip out of the old kitchen and new floors and wall coverings being installed we delivered and installed the new equipment also including bespoke stainless steel fabrication, height adjustable heat lamps and an extension to the existing extraction system. The counter top induction units have allowed Paul and his team to be able to adopt a more flexible approach within the kitchen itself removing previous restrictions and allowing for a better working environment.
