Due to the rapid growth of the business over the last few years The Tomato Stall has seen an increase in demand for its tomato based products from large supermarkets and high street restaurants. MD Paul Thomas required a piece of equipment to help meet those demands. After a visit with Paul to Electrolux’s demonstration kitchen we settled on a 300 litre Variomix Boiling Kettle. Together with this we installed new extraction and ventilation to cope for the demands of the new boiling kettle as well as the existing 150 litre unit.
